What do you want to work on this week during your session?

  • Goals

* Do you have personal and business goals that motivate you and encourage you to grow? I find that unless you are willling to grow YOU it's difficult to grow your firm. I provide the tools for you to create detailed business and personal goals and I will ask you to share them with me. You will work on your goals both in our sessions and on your own and report back to me on your progress.
* I may also ask you to pick a number of books to read. Are you a reader? I always say "Readers are Leaders." Did you know that leaders who read just seven books per year earn an average 2.3 times more than those who don't? Why? Because readers have access to a constant flow of new ideas and strategies.
* I will also ask you to take an assessment so that we can pinpoint your strengths and I can get to know you better.

  • Set Intentions

Do you live your life on purpose? Do you declare what you want and then go out and get it? This is what I can help you do. Working with me as your coach helps you to be more successful because you become AWARE and start looking for OPPORTUNITIES rather than waiting for them to come to you.

  • Professional Business Structure

Are you satisfied with your business structure? Professional business owners manage their practice like a business:
*Job descriptions, org chart, regular and productive meetings

Are you productive with your time? Do you have a Daily Game Plan and a Model Work Week? Productivity, organization, and elimination of irritating circumstances are how we accomplish this feat. I may also ask you to create Daily Affirmations to infuse your subconscious mind with success.

Are you satisfied that you have a winning Value Proposition to attract affluent Ideal Clients and strategic partners? Do you have the tools to do this? I do.

  • Raving Fans

Do you have raving fan clients who willingly refer you to your Ideal Clients? Are you satisfied with your Client Service Model?  I call this Infatuation Marketing. Are you willing to implement a Client Service Matrix so that your clients become infatuated with you and willingly refer you to their friends and relatives? What type of Interview Process do you have that deepens rapport? I have the examples and scenarios that work best.

  • More Revenue from Existing Clients

Do you want to gain more revenue from existing clients? Are you happy with your "share of wallet"? Are you willing to implement an excellent service technique to help you win with this strategy?

  • Successful Strategic Alliances

Are you happy with the referrals you receive from other professional advisors? Do you know that 7/10 times affluent clients will ask their other advisors for referrals to financial advisors? Are you willing to work on this strategy to help you achieve your goals?

  • Leverage Referrals from your Existing Clients

Have you ever implemented a Referral Campaign with your existing clients? Do you know how to ask for referrals in a way that is genuine and works for you. Do you understand why clients refer? I can help you with this.

  • Attract Affluent Niche Markets

Are you marketing to everyone and anyone? Learn how to target your practice to a number of specialty niche markets without turning away other profitable markets. Work with me on an easy yet effective way to accomplish this tactic.
