Born and raised in Australia, Suzanne has lived in the Far East, Hawaii, and California before settling in Arizona in 1990. She has a BBA in Business Administration and International Business from the University of Hawaii. Suzanne managed her father's international business in her early twenties and went on to start her first business at age twenty four.

Suzanne and her husband, Dana W. Ball, an Entrepreneur and Architectural Designer, live in Scottsdale, Arizona. Together, with their two cats Sunny and Emma, and rescued Mexican dog Roca, they live in a renovated, artistic home, aptly named The House of the Sun and Moon.
